Privacy Policy

Last updated September 9, 2026

This policy explains what information Slipway AI Solutions ('Slipway', 'we', 'us') collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This site is a marketing site only. It does not have user accounts, does not run a product, and does not collect telemetry from any application.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you submit the contact form on this site, including your name, work email address, company name, and the message you write.

We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This analytics data is not tied to your name or email unless you separately submit the contact form.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Slipway is a fit for your business, and, if you engage us, to deliver our services.

We use analytics data to understand which parts of the site are useful, fix problems, and decide what to build next. We do not sell the information described in this policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use a small number of cookies or similar local storage set by our analytics provider to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. These are not used to build advertising profiles.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how analytics data is recorded but will not prevent you from using the site.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site and process contact form submissions, such as our hosting provider, our form or email delivery provider, and our analytics provider.

Each processor only receives the information needed to perform its function and is bound by its own terms and, where applicable, a data processing agreement with us.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our business communications, or until you ask us to delete it.

Aggregated analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal information we hold about you.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Our processing of contact form submissions relies on your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's data

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'last updated' date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in a new version posted here.
